There is something incredibly magic about the days and weeks just before a newborn baby joins you earthside. I took lots and lots of photographs of myself with my phone through my pregnancy documenting my bump but now I so wish I had some professional photographs of me in those glowy moments just before I met my two little ones.
Laura was such a dream to work with and we had a glorious summer evening to wander through the woodland and the wildflower meadow at Brocks hill by Parklands in Oadby. With any booking I always have a detailed phone or zoom conversation before the session to really talk through styling and what to expect on the day- Laura looked absolutely stunning in the two outfits that she wore.
The light was golden and Laura truly was a goddess ready to meet their new baby. It is always such an honour to help families to document through both maternity and newborn shoots. The time is so fleeting and magic and you will look at these photographs time after time thinking about the magic that was in the air. It also makes such a perfect present for an expectant mum who has everything she needs. They are forever photographs that you will treasure, print and share with the next generation.
