This was a really special assignment and I was incredibly privileged to be asked to document this family.
I met Hannah before lockdown when we went running together with the 'This Mum Runs' community group. She is an absolute running inspiration and so humble about her achievements and a real cheerleader for everyone else who is learning to run or just starting out.
I took their family photographs on their doorstep during lockdown and a year later Hannah reached out to me to ask if I would take some photographs of her and her extended family when they met up for the first time after lockdown ended. Like many families, they had welcomed a new addition during lockdown and it was a really really special moment to see the cousins meeting each other for the first time along with Hannah‘s mum who was clearly just so proud of her family and having everyone back together again.
